Our house white from Conca De Barbera in Spain is made by an Australian wine maker. This fresh fruity medium dry wine represents excellent value for money and goes with almost everything on the menu.

Naked Grape Riesling 2005 Germany £15.00 s-£4.00 l-£5.00
Gooseberry notes on the nose with a nice nettly streak, and crisp orchard fruits. Punchy and fresh on the palate, with some vivid herbaceous character and a swathe of lime and lemon fruit.

Alpha Zeta Pinot Grigio 2005 Italy £16.50 s-£4.00 l- £5.50
Made by the NZ winemaker Matt Thomson, this is an aromatic, fresh, dry wine with floral notes and spicy, nutty characters. The nose is full of tropical fruit; the palate is taut, elegant and long.
